Truth is one. This world of
duality has broken truth in two, and so for something to be true it must
contain both opposing aspects. No one
point of view can ever be the truth.
Truth includes all viewpoints because there is some truth in all points
of view. This is why judgement is never
justified. Judgement is the result of
the false belief that truth can be found in any one point of view.
Very nice :)
ReplyDeletejudgement happens everyday because we decided to make laws. good call everybody, i dont want to be murdered. and thats the truth. we also decided to believe in separating body and mind. this has caused much judgement. but the reality of an event, or truth does not include all beliefs. we use beliefs to accept reality, but there is only the event. since our beliefs are an effect of truth, and beliefs and judgements are both conclusions about true events formed by our best guesses at approximating meaning, there is no paradox. but there is law because there is human nature. cheers to the post humans!
ReplyDeleteAnd then you have English, which seems to be one of the only languages that produces the puzzling and seldom overlooked rhetoric paradox
ReplyDelete"Where does the truth lie?"
followed by its equally impressive answer:
"Not sure, it must lie somewhere..."
